Due to a significant percentage of the district's population deemed economically disadvantaged, Lincoln Elementary School is considered a Title I school.Īt Lincoln Elementary School, teachers provide students with lessons that are engaging, standards-based, differentiated and data driven by integrating research-based best practices and strategies. Over sixty staff members, ranging from custodians, secretaries and practitioners (general education, academic support instructors and special education) work at our school on a daily basis. The school, located in the heart of the Rutgers University Campus, is comprised of approximately 660 students who are in grade kindergarten through grade three. Lincoln Elementary School was built in 1910.
